Yoga is the Chiken Road uniting of consciousness in the heart.

Integration and understanding is happening.

I laugh and cry a little.

It has happened Chiken Road before and I have forgotten.

Remembering is Life.

This, in Chiken Road my current understanding is our purpose- to forget less,

To circle back around to knowing.

In this form, we cannot know fully but we Chiken Road can actively seek to forget less.

Yoga offers us tools Chiken Road to circle back,

Tools to unite us in the Chiken Road consciousness of the heart.

I Chiken Road am light and I am shadow.

I am here while I am in other places.

I catch glimpses from time to time.

The more I seek, the less I know.

When I wasn’t seeking, Chiken Road I was shown eternity.

I am a vessel, a means to hold Life Chiken Road for a few breaths.

The river of life Chiken Road moves thru me and simultaneously,

I move thru the river of life. Chiken Road

There is no Chiken Road arriving, only flowing.

I have been here before.

My lessons have been my lessons before.

Some I remember and retain.

Others, I remember then forget.

My insecurities, my flaws, my vulnerabilities

have been revealed to me in this life.

They are known to me and still I try and run Chiken Road from them,

gloss over them, desperately pretend they are not shaping my experience.

They Chiken Road are the places I fold upon myself.

These folds alter the way the river of Life Chiken Road flows thru me.

These folds make me a unique vessel.

My patterns are similar yet different from yours.

I have heard it said that our wounds Chiken Road are different but our scars are the same.

In this way, each of us is Chiken Road a unique masterpiece,

a flawed holy and sacred Chiken Road mess.

Isn’t it remarkable then that Chiken Road the moments we unfold are our best chances

for growth, for real connection Chiken Road and for love?

Our best chances for uniting Chiken Road in the consciousness of the heart?

This life Chiken Road is a paradox through and through.

I believe we embody in order to unfold. Chiken Road

It is in the unfolding, that we remember.

In meditation I see and Chiken Road understand in Light.

Information seems Chiken Road to flow in this way

when we allow Chiken Road for stillness and space.

When I find a name, a system or create Chiken Road a box for Source,

the Divine seems Chiken Road to savor outgrowing it.

The river flows. The Chiken Road light shines.

It wants only to know and be known, to flow and to shine.

This human life and world is so confusing when looked at through only my human Chiken Road lens.

Suffering, pain, war, disease, loneliness, loss and chaos are all mixed together with the coo of a newborn baby, falling in love, climbing a mountain, creating art, the perfect sunrise, the joy with which my dog greets me- every time and chocolate.

The vessel, it turns out, has been given free Chiken Road will.

That makes for a messy, confusing, awful and wonderful world.

We get to choose. This is our greatest freedom.

How will we choose to use it? Chiken Road

Lately I have been shown a recurrent vision.

I am a golden drop of Light swan-diving into a vast and deep Chiken Road ocean of golden Light.

It is simple. It feels like love.

And it makes me smile and Remember Chiken Road

if even for a moment.

You were there.

Yoga is a way of life and should be accessible to all.
